Reporting to the Team Leader Business Technology Services, you will be part of a small dynamic team working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and a Procure to Pay solution.Work hours: 38.00hours per week | HybridWorking ArrangementsStatus: Fulltime |Fixed Term | 2 yearsAbout the opportunityIn this position you will be responsible for:Work in partnership with school-based role holders and leadership teams across area of speciality.Provide support across D365 Finance and Operations core modules, including integration with third-party solutions.Manage user requests through the Service Desk, including effective triaging and escalation. Monitor system performance and data integrity, providing recommendations and direct actions to sustain or enhance capability.Act as the interface between business users and external system support teams, guiding the business on system updates and their impact on business processes.Manage financial system upgrades, releases, and associated analysis and testing with stakeholders and vendors.Support the administration of finance systems, including system design and configuration.Coordinate finance environment changes with other teams and stakeholders.
