The Tax and Legal team brings our purpose to life by having the depth and technical expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to solve complex problems, and deliver solutions from idea through to execution.This particular role requires a seasoned Senior Business Partner to work closely with the Tax and Legal Leadership team and act as an alternate for the People & Culture Director on some strategic projects or when they are not available.Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:HR business partnering, with extensive experience working at Senior Leadership level in a Senior HRBP positionTransformation and change experience within large, complex organisationsProviding strategic and commercial advice to senior level stakeholdersExecuting on People and Culture and people related strategiesIn our Tax and Legal team, your impact will be seen by:Escalating and providing oversight and support to complex people mattersBeing the key driver of signature people activities such as performance and talent processes as well as workforce designUnlocking the potential capability of senior leaders and the business teams they work with, and build a trusted and value-add relationshipPartnering with business leaders to identify, advocate and enable projects that drive commercial culture and improve organisational effectiveness and business performance in line with our firmwide People & Culture strategyMonitoring progress against the people plan, providing regular data, analytics and insights to inform and shape business decisionsPartnering with Firmwide colleagues and Centres Of ExcellenceCoaching and managing the workload of portfolio aligned Business PartnersAbout PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
