With deep operational expertise and a commitment to partner closely with their portfolio companies over the journey, the Fund plays an active role in the development of the companies performance and culture and seeks to drive enhanced capabilities that will allow them to realise their full potential. Given the active mandate and ability to deploy capital, this represents an opportunity to join a Fund where you will have exposure to all elements of Private Equity and be part of an ambitious yet collegiate team.As an Investment Manager youll work across the full lifecycle of Private Equity investing including sourcing and acquiring investment opportunities, working with portfolio companies to ensure delivery of strategic and operational transformation and working with the team to continue to drive performance of the Fund, ensuring positive commercial and cultural outcomes. You will also play a key role in mentoring and helping to upskill the less experienced members of the team, leading them through investment processes and diligence.Successful applicants will likely have between 5 and 8 years work experience and will have existing Private Capital investing experience which could have been complemented by prior time spent in transactional corporate finance or management consulting. You will have a strong academic track record and will be able to display a high level of curiosity as a key personal characteristic.
