About the Role As CFO, you will report directly to the CEO and play a pivotal role in shaping the companys strategic direction and financial future. You will lead key initiatives including M&A execution, ERP/SAP transformation, and investor engagement, while overseeing all aspects of financial management - from treasury and cash flow to financial modelling and commercial analysis. As a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, you will drive growth, ROI, and long-term value creation. A hands-on leader, you will also mentor a high-performing finance team and foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead all M&A activity from strategy through integration Manage banking relationships and funding structures Build advanced financial models and commercial insights Ensure compliance, governance, and strong internal controls Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business Travel domestically and internationally as required What You Bring CA or CPA qualified, with 10+ years of senior finance leadership experience A proven track record in M&A, including execution and integration Strong treasury and banking experience Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset Hands-on leadership with the ability to inspire small, effective teams Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar technical industry is highly desirable Why Join Kinder?
