Job Description How youll be making an impact in peoples lives: Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader who will be responsible for: Leading and coaching a team of Consultants Overseeing the team''s performance and quality Exploring new opportunities and growth areas Mentoring and training junior staff members Providing advice and coaching on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own. Identifying Return To Work barriers and designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce as required. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis. Qualifications What youll bring to the role: Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Chiropractic, or Rehab Counselling Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence and ability to travel for work Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation Proven written and verbal communication skills to confidently liaise with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees Evidence of accurate information gathering and analysis to provide thorough and comprehensive assessments Ability to consistently provide high-level customer service and grow business through increased referrals Proven organisation and time management skills Additional Information What we offer you Truly flexible working, in the community, from home, and the office you set your schedule Learn and be mentored by a multi-award-winning team!
