Job Description The Position: We have an exciting opportunity for a Job Coach in Pinjarra and surrounding suburbs. The role involves guiding clients towards job-readiness and supporting their employment journey, working closely with them to ensure sustainable careers. Typical duties include: Encouraging and motivating clients to find employment Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities Reverse marketing clients to employers Placing clients into sustainable employment Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance Providing excellent service to clients and employers You will join a vibrant, collaborative team of employment professionals committed to diversity and inclusion.
