Job DescriptionJob Number:Automotive Mechanic - Eight Mile Plains (250000GI)DescriptionWe are seeking dedicated individuals to join the dynamic team at RACQ Auto, where you will deliver excellence and reliability to our valued members.As a skilled Motor Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles for RACQ members. Utilize your problem-solving and automotive mastery skills to diagnose a spectrum of mechanical, auto electrical, and engine management faults to ensure a quality service experience.Key Responsibilities:Service and repair of member, fleet, and staff vehicles in accordance with RACQ fleet maintenance program, including passenger vehicles, light, and medium-duty commercial vehicles.Detect and diagnose faults in engines and parts.Carry out a variety of electrical repairs and maintenance.Maintain and repair workshop equipment as required.Compile and maintain service records.About you:Strong diagnostic skills with a methodical and logical approach to work.Ability to perform work to a high standard, safely and efficiently.Current C Class Driver''s Licence.Ability to complete pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening, and criminal record check.Availability for On-Site work, Mon - Fri, 8am 4:30pm, with opportunities to support other sites.Annual salary starting from $80,080.00, negotiable based on experience.Why join RACQ?Join RACQ during an exciting transformation towards smarter solutions that enhance security and prosperity for Queenslanders.
