Join to apply for the Services Attendant - Westfield Coomera role at Scentre Group (Owner of Westfield destinations in Aus and NZ) Join our fun and dynamic team at Westfield Coomera as a Customer Services Attendant, where you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. Working across Concierge and Car Park services, youll make each customers visit as easy and enjoyable as possible. Whether its helping with directions, answering questions, or ensuring everything runs smoothly in the car park, youll be part of a team that puts customers first. Day-to-day Responsibilities Greet customers, assist with directions, provide service info, and offer support tailored to their needs. Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services. Process Gift Card payments, handling cash and electronic transactions. Manage administrative tasks like lost property and responding to online or phone inquiries. Keep the Car Park running smoothly Play a key role in managing traffic flow to provide a hassle-free experience for customers. This role is an ongoing casual position, ideal for someone with flexible availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster.
