Youll be happy to help if a guest needs directions or facilities explainedHelp the team - you are always around to help your teammates and share the workload with other duties as requiredManaging guest and members accounts; assisting members without account and membership queriesFixing problems - you will be there to help resolve guest and member issues and ensure they leave having had an exceptional experience in our luxury facility.Mindbody Online know how to manage members billing and payments and follow policies and procedures of cash handling. Ensure all credit and financial transactions are handled in a secure mannerIHG Rewards Club advocate - you will drive loyalty by enrolling guests to become members, and doing all you can to recognise existing membersKnow who we are - you will be across our brand standards and work towards making a great branded experience for allBe a responsible team player- comply with our WH&S, HACCP and crisis management polices and be a supporter for a greener hotel environmentBe a neighborhood host - know whats happening in the neighborhood and the hotel keeping up to date with events, groups and hotel information such as guest feedbackWhat We Need From YouPrevious experience in a gym environmentFitness You will be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneelingStrength You will need to lift, push and pull big objects like dumbbells , weight plates and various equiptmentExperience with our booking system MindBody will be advantageousCert IV in FitnessFirst Aid Qualifications essentialDrivers License preferredSales savvy, youll have experience in sales and be an ambassador for our gymPassionate about customer service, Be a real team player with excellent communication skillsWhat you can expect from us:We give our people everything they need to succeed.
