This full-time role is integral to delivering quality hospitality experiences in a family club environment.The RoleSupervise and lead the bar and service teamOversee friendly, efficient, and courteous service to members and clientsGuide the development of other service team membersAssist with rostering, stock ordering, and administrationSupport internal club functions and eventsUphold club values and proceduresWork independently and demonstrate initiativeProvide service for weddings and large corporate eventsMaintain high customer service standards and attention to detailCandidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to:Hold a current RSA and Unrestricted Approved Manager qualificationHave at least 2 years of hospitality and customer service experienceBe available to work weekends and nightsHave flexibility for a 7-day rosterPresent in a friendly and professional mannerAdditional InfoThis full-time position offers a salary of $67,500 $72,500 per year, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
