About the RolesCoast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are currently recruiting for a range of positions to provide tenancy support, administration support and property management. These positions work collaboratively to efficiently manage a portfolios of tenants and properties to provide excellent service that ensures positive tenant experiences including connecting tenants with communities and facilitating support as required to sustain tenancies.Housing Services Officer RolesAnswering and directing incoming calls for the local community with a focus on first point resolution to meet tenant needs.Provide support to Tenancy Managers and attend outreach and engagement activities as required.Provide support to Property Managers and attend routine inspections as required.Tenancy Manager RolesWorking with tenants to complete tenancy pathway planning for continued tenant success.Undertaking eligibility reviews and rent calculations on an annual basis for long term tenants.Assessing and allocating tenants, referring tenants for support services, providing outreach and tenancy engagement.Property Manager RolesCompleting routine inspections and entry and exit inspections for tenancy turnovers.Working and liaising with owners, real estate agents and contractors to deliver routine and responsive maintenance.Working with Tenancy Managers and Housing Service Officers to provide a great local community service.Asset Officer RolesUndertaking three yearly asset inspections for all company owned properties.Undertake entry and exits for all long term managed and long term owned properties.Long term planning, budgeting and reporting for asset replacement, maintenance and upgrades through the strategic asset management plan.Senior Practitioner RolesProviding tenancy support for specialised Housing Services programs such as crisis accommodation and domestic and family violence programs.Working collaboratively with Tenancy Managers and Housing Services Managers to deliver consistency of practice across service delivery for Coast2Bay Housing.Providing specialised services and support for new and ongoing housing programs.Skills & Experience RequiredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.Tertiary qualification in social work, community development or a related field is desirable.Previous case management experience is desirable.These roles are ideal for proactive and detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about making a real impact on our community.
