Are you ready to join the team?About The RoleLiebherr-Australias Mining Division has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced AHS Technician required for OAK retro fit program for T264 dump truck fleet. Reporting to the Project Manager (AHS), you will provide safe, efficient and compliant diagnostic, repair, maintenance, component replacement, calibration and commissioning services to the Divisions customer base. This is a permanent FIFO site based role from Perth on 8/6 - 7/7 Rotating Roster doing days and nights.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide installation, commissioning, diagnostic, maintenance and component replacement servicesCommission AHS Equipment and execute AHS commissioning, validation and test plans.Classify and prioritize support service requests, generate service requests, and provide fault causes and resolutions status.Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manuals.Maintain, test, commission, and repair electrical/electronic equipment.Diagnose faults, repair, maintain, and overhaul electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.Implement and lead change management processes for software and hardware rollouts.Develop and review work products and documentation associated with AHS operation and maintenance.Research and analyse onboard AHS system data and provide guidance to onboard technicians and feedback to factory engineering teams.Request and order parts.Ensure tasks are completed safely, within the required timeframe, and in accordance with specified work instructions.Perform breakdown maintenance, repairs and calibration of field devices associated with the Fleet Management (FMS), Traffic Management (TMS), Telecommunications, Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle Awareness (VAS), High Precision Machine Guidance and Onboard Perception and Robotics SystemsRead and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manualsMaintain, test, commission and repair electrical/electronic equipmentDiagnose faults, repair, maintain and overhaul electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic componentsRunning adjustments to mechanical and or electrical/electronic equipmentKey CriteriaCertificate III Electrotechnology (HV)Certificate III in Electronics and CommunicationsHeavy mobile equipment experienceExperience with Autonomous Mining SystemsLiebherr mining equipment experienceCurrent C Class Drivers LicenseFull Australian Working RightsHigh Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWPWhat We OfferDiversity and InclusionDiversity and inclusion sits at the heart of the Liebherr Groups Core Values.
