Open to guests and the public, One Spa has views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.This is a casual role, 3 days week Thursday - Saturday 8.15am-5.30pm. Flexibility is required to work the occasional Sunday, based on business needs.This could be just the right role for you?As a Spa Host, you will One Spa''s first point of contact, based at reception, greeting our guests and the general public, face to face and on the phone. You will have an eye for detail, be super organised staying one step ahead to provide our guests & clients with exceptional customer service, a gentle, warm and friendly 5 star approach, making them feel relaxed, special and cared for. Your key responsibilities for the role include:customer service at reception answering the phone, take reservations, manage appointment availability, confirm bookings & processing paymentspreparing treatment rooms, equipment, folding towels & robesstock control, general back of house duties, managing lost propertypromoting One Spa products and servicesadministration support to theSpa Manager and Spa TherapistsWhat you''ll need to be successfulAvailabilityto work Thursday - Saturday 8.15am - 5.30pmDay spa/beauty reception experience in a 4/5 hotel/resort or similar environmentExceptional attention to detail & can deliver superior quality customer serviceStrong administrative skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills.
