The Opportunity We''re looking for a skilled and motivated Panel Beater / Body Builder to join our Caloundra workshop team, helping maintain and repair our fleet of buses to the highest standards. In this hands-on role, you''ll be responsible for: Repairing and fabricating bus body components to keep our fleet in top condition. Repairing and replacing damaged panels, frames, and structural components to maintain vehicle integrity. Fabricating body parts and fittings based on technical drawings and specifications. Preparing surfaces through welding, grinding, and finishing for painting. Mentoring and assisting Apprentices and Trade Assistants, ensuring safe and quality work completion.
