Ideal candidates will have a passion for high-quality food and delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining solid kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering outstanding food in a high-volume environment, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and adhering to safety standards. A team-oriented attitude, thorough cleanliness, and compliance with Australian legal requirements are essential to contribute positively to our business.ResponsibilitiesCook meals according to The Sporting Globe standards, recipes, and plating guides.Ensure meals are served promptly and meet quality expectations.Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, keeping the kitchen clean and organized.Manage staff sections and duties, overseeing kitchen operations alongside the Sous and Head Chef.Contribute to menu improvements, specials, and limited-time offers.Handle stock ordering, delivery receipts, and temperature logs.Minimum RequirementsDiploma qualification in a relevant field or 2-3 years of relevant experience.Legal working rights for Australia.DetailsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $70,000 to $90,000 per year, plus bonusLocation: In person at Western Australia venues #J-18808-Ljbffr
