About The Role An exciting opportunity for a talented, values-driven Sales Assistant to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers, and community members. Sort, price, and prepare donations for sale. Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation. Provide exceptional Customer Service. Display stock appropriately and follow policies. Adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies. Demonstrate TSA core values in all activities. About You Retail sales experience (highly regarded but not essential). Strong customer service skills. Passion and ability to deliver results. Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity. Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and across various locations as required.
