You will work with supportive management who are dedicated to your development and success and who are passionate about our clients having the ability to live as independently as they possibly can be.Take your next step with HenderCare.About the RoleAs a Home and Garden Maintenance Worker at HenderCare, you will be a valuable support system for our aged care clients and people with disabilities. You''ll take on home and garden maintenance responsibilities that may have become challenging for them while also offering a much-needed sense of community and companionship.This role operates Monday-Friday, with no weekend work required, ensuring the perfect work-life balance.Gutter and window cleaning (internal and external).High cleaning and dusting of elevated or hard-to-reach areas such as skylights, cupboard tops or ceiling fans.Lawn mowing, hedge/high tree trimming, leaf blowing, sweeping, pruning and general gardening maintenance.Installation of battery-operated smoke detectors.Replacementsof shower head, tap washer, and light bulbs.About YouWe are seeking someone with a caring nature and essential qualities such as encouragement, attentiveness, adaptability, excellent communication.
