Job DescriptionHandle all incoming reservation enquiries promptly, with a focus on up-selling and maximizing revenue opportunities.Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.Greet all guests interacting with the Reservations department in a friendly manner, ensuring the guest''s name is used consistently.Maintain accuracy during calls and while inputting details into the system.Answer all telephone calls within three rings professionally, adhering to brand standards.Familiarize yourself with the reservations system, all rate structures, occupancy levels, and property features to maximize occupancy.Ensure all guest details are accurately updated in the PMS system and maintain efficient records.Act on requirements as needed and confirm details with the guest or booker.Adhere to set rates and policies.Become and maintain fluency with the Accor Loyalty Programme.Maintain strong product knowledge of all available products and specials at the property and surrounding area.Read all communication materials at the start of each shift.Ensure special requests are communicated to relevant departments for timely action.Communicate clearly with other departments to pass on relevant information.Inform the Sales Team of any relevant sales leads. #J-18808-Ljbffr
