Operations Coordinator (Westpoint)1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicantsWe are seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the Operations Team to play a key role in the financial performance of the shopping centre by actively assisting in the management of the contracts, budgets and performance of daily tasks to optimise the presentation and function of the centre.About HabenHaben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing rapidly whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the role Maintain accurate records, inventories, and databases to support centre operations. Ensure compliance, audits, and reporting are completed on schedule. Uphold safety standards and adhere to company policies and procedures. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and achieving operational KPIs. Monitor contractor performance and support service delivery excellence. Build strong relationships with contractors, retailers, and internal teams. Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Identify and implement continuous improvements in operational processes.About you Demonstrated administration experience, preferably in retail property or operations industry High levels of accuracy in the creation and interpretation of data Demonstrated competency in risk management & WHS systems Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management, problem-solving and prioritisation skills Ability to work collaboratively with a teamThe role is full time based out of our Westpoint (Blacktown) Shopping Centre.
