Our Liquor Digital team is now seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their growing team. We are currently in the process of rolling out our new Liquorland brand across our website and digital platforms.About The RoleWe are seeking a creative and customer-focused Product Designer to join the Coles Group team on a 24-month fixed-term contract. In this mid-level role, you will be embedded in a cross-functional squad, playing a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality digital experiences for Liquorland, one of our key customer-facing brands.You will be responsible for applying a customer-led design approach, translating insights into compelling and accessible designs. From journey mapping and persona development to wireframes, prototypes, and user testing, youll contribute to the full design lifecycle. You will explore innovative UI and interaction patterns, helping ensure our solutions are best in class and aligned with our Customer Experience, Business, and Digital strategies.Working collaboratively with product managers and engineering teams, you will help ensure our digital experiences are desirable, feasible, and viablebalancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.About YouExtensive skills in UI & design system creation, prototype development and user testing.2+ years experience supporting digital channels for large, complex organisations requiring stakeholder management.Experience designing for websites, apps and other touchpoints, with a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
