Your role will involve building, testing, and improving Google and Meta ads for our diverse client base. Experience with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Pinterest Ads is a bonus but not essential.> You will design offers, develop new campaign concepts, build campaigns, audiences, and copy, and assist with creative briefs.> You should be confident in English writing, able to proofread, adapt to different brand tones, and work from detailed briefs.> You will contribute to monthly client reports and assist with performance calls.> You will communicate directly with clients, educating them on paid ads processes and keeping them informed.> You will be supported by our Director and the paid ads team, collaborating on campaign ideas and troubleshooting.> We value varied learning backgrounds; whether self-taught or formally trained, your skills will be tested to ensure they meet our standards.+ Flexible working hours are available if you prefer fewer than 5 days per week.The role offers 2 days WFH per week and a location just 7 minutes from the beach. Work hours and days are negotiable, with a focus on autonomy.
