They''re now looking to bring onboard a high-energy Sales Manager to help them keep the momentum running, lead a team of 3 and build their presence in the beverage space.Were looking for someone with a proven track record leading a team in solution selling across warehousing and transport (road, rail, water including wharf cartage) in the beverage sector who has a history of building trust, asking the right questions and crafting logistics solutions that solve clients problems. This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.About You...Deep transportation knowledge/background and currently managing a team in a customer facing role.A history of creating contract logistics solutions.Worked, managed and sold into the beverage sector is a must.Strong skills in reading a room, understanding your clients needs.A curious mindset, learning agility and a drive to chase and close business.About The Role...As the Beverage Sales Manager, you''ll be at the forefront of expanding the footprint in the beverage logistics sector. Managing a dedicated team of 3, (2 BDMs and one Key Account Manager) youll lead commercial strategy and execution across new and existing clients in the drinks industry. This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from operations into customer-facing roles and now thrives in a sales leadership capacity.
