Opportunity for a mid to senior Project Coordinator to support complex IT projectsHybrid work environment with CBD office location1-year fixed term contract, with the potential to extendMore autonomy, less barriersWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project Coordinator to work across the organisation, delivering change created by workplace transformation projects that impact process, people, and systems.Working within a defined operating structure, this role is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with project management and project administration to support large Infrastructure programs.About the roleCoordinate and plan all aspects of work related to project admin/support to ensure it delivers the outcomes necessary, to realise benefits as agreed by the project/program sponsors under the direction of project/program managers.Proactively support and apply a structured project management approach and methodology, ensuring adherence to internal frameworks, processes, and practices to effectively manage all aspects of the project within the agreed project timeframes.Maintain the project repository/site and governance reporting requirements.Support maintenance of work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans.Identify risks/issues from an administrative perspective, develop plans to mitigate/resolve and implement these in a timely manner, measuring effectiveness.Assist/support in the project procurement process.Your background5+ years'' experience in a project coordinator role within the IT function.Extensive experience working in cross functional teams.Strong exposure to large scale complex IT projects.Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and working across multiple projects at one time.Highly autonomous with a keen eye for details, reaching out for support as required.Driven to perform and deliver great results.Your teamYou will be reporting to a Portfolio Assurance and Control Manager as part of a highly collaborative, diverse team with a great supportive culture.
