About the RoleIn this full-time leadership role, youll take the reins of the Clubs digital ecosystemfrom strategy to execution. Youll collaborate across departments to build engagement, drive innovation, and lead a team of creatives who bring the SUNS to life across our platforms.Youll be responsible for growing our digital footprint, exploring new markets, creating commercial opportunities, and keeping us ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving space. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the Digital Content, Growth & Engagement Strategy with a sharp focus on expanding into new audiences and markets.Drive digital storytelling that elevates our brand beyond the boundary line.Use data and insights to spark content innovation across web, app, and social channels.Manage and commercialise Club digital assets in collaboration with the Commercial team.Maintain and evolve our website, social platforms, and digital infrastructure.Lead internal content projects and deliver digital solutions across departments.Oversee content planning, production workflows, and brand consistency.Mentor a team of digital creativesincluding designers and producersto help them grow, thrive, and deliver their best work.Be an internal champion of innovation, collaboration, and digital-first thinking.Who You AreYoure a digital all-rounder with a knack for leading people, crafting strategy, and telling stories that make people stop scrolling.
