Working side by side with dedicated professionals, youll enjoy helping children and adults who need us. Your responsibilities include:Managing outbound service calls and handling inbound inquiriesExtensive liaising with clients, many of whom are elderly and from multicultural, Aboriginal, and Torres Strait Islander backgroundsWorking daily with a computerized client database and electronic appointment booking systemPerforming various administration tasks such as data entry and records managementWhat youll bringWe believe the successful candidate will thrive in a client-centered environment, providing exceptional and friendly service while managing complex medical administration.
