Train Assembly Manager - CAF Rail Australia - DubboTrust in Motion.We are currently seeking a Train Assembly Manager that will be directly reporting to the Factory Manager within the Mindyarra Maintenance Centre based in Dubbo. The role is responsible for the management, control and coordination of all activities, strategies, systems and deliverables related to Manufacturing for the site.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Deploy the strategy and business management plans of all applicable areas at the site, establishing the actions and placing the necessary resources to guarantee compliance or improvement, monitor compliance with said strategies and management plans, and report regularly on their progress to the business. Stay up-to-date with developments within the Company and other industry-wide practices that influence daily activities within the role. Comply with and enforce the regulations in force applicable in the site, as well as with the responsibilities assigned in the processes in general and in the policies /systems implemented in CAF and in the site where it develops its activity in terms of Quality and Safety of Product, Occupational Risk Prevention and Environment, providing the necessary resources for this purpose. Ensure that the Business processes are deployed, implemented and maintained at the site, contributing to their adaptation when the specificities of the site require so. Compile and transfer the SWOT vision of said site relative to its scope of activity, for its analysis and subsequent inclusion (if needed) in the process documentation. Ensure that accurate records are completed and maintained in accordance with established procedures, and that work in progress is communicated to stakeholders. Ensure that, in the course of employment, full confidentiality is maintained with respect to the Company, its dealings, transactions and all other information related to clients / customers and staff. Promote the Company by the appropriate and available means at its disposal to ensure a positive image to interested parties Demonstrate commitment to the Company''s values, its purposes and objectives, and the implementation of its Equal Opportunities policy in the workplace. Take training (job specific, health and safety, environmental) relevant to the position. Be proactive in the role and identify improved ways to support the Company in managing its objectives. Manage good practices from / to the site of your area of activity. Prepare the necessary evidence and present it in defence of the audits at site (internal or external). Fulfil the responsibilities assigned for general processes and for the systems implemented in CAF and for the business in which they perform their activities relating to Quality and Product Safety, Occupational Risk Prevention and the Environment, according to the role being performed at any given time.RequirementsPROFILE Have at least 5 years'' experience in similar or related roles. Possess a tertiary qualification relevant to the position such as University education equivalent to a Higher Engineering Diploma/Master''s Degree in the respective field or an Engineering Diploma/Bachelor''s Degree.
