What Are We Looking For We seek hardworking and vibrant General Managers, Venue Managers, and Assistant Venue Managers to join our front-of-house team in Western Australia! Candidates should have a passion for delivering excellent service and providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring smooth front-of-house operations, adhering to Australian legal standards, and contributing to business success. The Ultimate Sports Bar Experience Management of staff, including training, rostering, and on-shift supervision. Operations across the venue, including restaurant, bar, and functions. Overall management of FOH operational aspects. Compliance with OH&S and Food Hygiene standards. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and control costs. Ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. Leading by example to foster a positive work environment. Engaging in market knowledge and promotional activities for business growth. Strategic revenue management, customer service, and financial target achievement. The MVP We''re Seeking Minimum 1 year hospitality management experience. Experience in bar and restaurant environments. Financial management skills. Leadership, training, and team development abilities. RSA, RSG, TAB Basics & Advanced certifications.
