You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Youll manage key accounts, build long-term relationships, and work alongside a supportive team to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in our sales culture. You will be highly motivated and target driven to get results.As a Key Account Manager, you will:Win new business and grow strong relationships - Oversee a portfolio of existing accounts as well as expanding our customer baseReview plans and drawing to provide timely estimates/quotes and manage bespoke customer requirementsWork collaboratively with a strong peer network to drive efficiencies and innovationEffectively manage a sales pipeline, new opportunities and sales activitiesBe a key player and contribute to a high-performing sales culturePrioritising work demands to manage customer retention and satisfactionThe ideal candidate will possess a keen willingness to learn with an innate ability to connect with new customers and close sales. You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to build meaningful client relationships.To be successful in this role, you will also demonstrate:Experience in reinforcing steel is ideal, but a background in concrete, construction, or building materials will be highly valuedExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business development and sales skillsA passion for customer service and building rapport with clientsInnovative and strategic business acumenResilience and a competitive edge in a fast-paced marketConfident in stakeholder and contract managementThe ability to work autonomously and within a teamBelow are some of our key central benefits that are available to InfraBuild employees.
