We are seeking an individual to help drive efficiency and excellence in WA''s Public Transport Industry. As a leading provider of Bus Services in Western Australia, we are committed to delivering SAFE, RELIABLE, INNOVATIVE transport solutions that exceeds expectations, We pride ourselves on Customer Satisfaction, Network Development, and Operational Performance.As our Performance Analyst, you will:Provide analytical support across key performance metrics, manage and analyse data sources such as VDS, Hastus, NetBI, and PowerBI. Assist with Driver budgets, revenue models and operational reporting. You will also support Network planning, rostering and offer IT Support, including hardware/software troubleshooting.Experience and Qualifications-1+ years of Data management & Analytical experience.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Expertise in applications such as Hastus, Excel, PowerBI, SQL.Knowledge of Public Transport industry and Network management.Ability to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality.Skills and Attributes-High level analytical skills and basic understanding of data concepts.Possess a high level of problem-solving skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal and teamwork skillsKnowledge of network management (hardware and software)Ability to understand and apply sound scheduling and rostering principlesThe Benefits For You-In return, we offer competitive pay and benefits and a positive culture that embraces diversity and employee feedback.
