The position provides specialist fee advice and assistance to a broad range of internal and external clients including students and staff across Higher Education and TAFE.You will:respond to Financial Services queries and provide accurate and tailored advice, information, and assistance to clients in accordance with policies and tax compliance requirements;provide accurate and timely advice to Student Finance clients by triaging and responding to enquires and providing specialist fee advice;ensure the accurate allocation, monitoring and reporting of tuition fee scholarships and waivers; andensure assessment and processing of agent commission invoices and payments in an efficient and effective manner.About youReporting to the Senior Officer, Student Finance, you will posses demonstrated knowledge of financial functions and processes with advanced numeracy skills and the ability to work accurately with a high level of attention to detail.
