Please note, this is a leave coverage.We are seeking a capable and motivated Administration Officer to support the Student Wellbeing and Student Engagement & Equity teams. In this role, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, responding to enquiries, and supporting reporting and finance processes.You will be the first point of contact for students seeking support and play a key role in coordinating logistics for events and workshops. The role also involves liaising with staff and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and strong working relationships.This is a great opportunity to contribute to a positive, inclusive student experience by supporting programs that promote wellbeing, engagement, and success.About the role:Provide day-to-day administrative support including scheduling, calendar management, and enquiriesBe the first point of contact for students seeking wellbeing or engagement supportLiaise with staff and external stakeholders to support clear, effective communicationMaintain accurate student records and assist with data reportingCoordinate logistics for student events and workshops, including bookings and communicationsAssist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and monitoring budgetsSupport continuous improvement of administrative systems and processesABOUT YOUPrevious experience in administrative or support roles, ideally within a student services or educational environment.Strong understanding of student wellbeing, engagement, and equity services, along with the ability to navigate related processes and resources.Firm commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality standards, particularly concerning student data, ensuring all interactions adhere to these principles.Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and practical experience with student management systems or databases.Relevant qualification in business administration, management, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business practices.ABOUT USHolmesglen is aleading education provider, valued by local and international learners, industry and the community.
