Role Overview: Reporting to the ASIC Operations Manager, the key focus of this role is system reconciliations across multiple product sets. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to increase efficiencies in day-to-day processes. Responsibilities: Maintain and update static data to ensure accuracy across platforms. Manage and maintain general ledger entries. Handle corporate actions, ensuring timely processing and execution. Oversee dividend management, including calculations and distributions. Perform reconciliations of cash and positions for clients and Prime Brokers (PB) across multiple platforms. Conduct PB reconciliations of cash and positions across various financial products. Allocate deposits received through different funding methods. About You: Strong Excel skills. 2+ years of experience in a similar Operations role within the Financial Services industry or a similar corporate environment. Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance - desirable but not critical. A positive can-do attitude with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong communication skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to think on your feet.
