About the Role Our Senior Home Lending Specialists are renowned experts in lending, thriving on creating long-lasting relationships. Using industry-leading technology, our team provides customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime. Whether a customer is buying their first or second home, investing, refinancing, building, or renovating, you will deliver the right solutions at the right time and ensure a great experience for them. Key Responsibilities Provide support and advice to help customers achieve their home buying dreams. Conduct discovery and appointments with prospective home buyers to determine suitable lending solutions and submit applications. Build and maintain internal and external referral sources, seeking external referrals from existing customers. Adhere to the Banks processes, procedures, and Code of Conduct, including reviewing customers financial positions, completing security checks, and ensuring compliance. Attend coaching sessions to develop your lending knowledge and skills, and coach colleagues on best practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Well-versed in home lending products and current responsible lending legislation. Strong presence in the local community with a credible personal brand and active referral network. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building rewarding relationships. Minimum of 3 years experience in a lending environment. Ability to identify and anticipate customers financial needs. Capability to see the big picture and provide holistic solutions.
