We foster innovation and aim to build strong, lasting relationships to be the most customer-centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Role ResponsibilitiesManage sales requirements for a portfolio of Small Business, Agri, & Diversified customersBuild relationships with Business Partners to generate and act on new business opportunitiesManage Salesforce opportunities & national leadsRetain existing customers through targeted activitiesPerform credit analysis and approve requests for temporary excesses or increased limitsCoach and role model great behaviours across the teamManage lending and product requests for small business customersUnderstand customer needs to provide holistic banking solutionsHandle customer complaints and escalations until resolvedDevelop less experienced bankers and team membersDrive portfolio risk management and complianceMaintain relationships with key stakeholders (Retail, NAB Partners, others)Candidate RequirementsPassion for customer serviceBackground in Agriculture or Agribusiness (preferred)Experience in a lending roleExperience managing customer relationships and credit processesStrong financial and business acumenProblem-solving, time management, critical thinking, negotiation skillsWorkplace ValuesWe promote a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and respected.
