To be part of something bigger, achieving positive change by working with thousands of Australians to help them live life in all its fullness.As a Senior Workforce Information and Reporting Analyst, you will support the People and Culture and various stakeholders with their reporting and process optimization needs. This includes collaboration, promotion and the business adoption of analytical reports to improve the commercial performance of the business, improve the quality of the UnitingCare services we provide to our customers, ensuring efficiencies and identification of problem areas in or proactive manner.Please note, this is a full time, permanent opportunity, where hybrid working is encouraged.Your part in our UnitingCare teamCreate, develop, and manage Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Discovery Boards.Refine and improve existing reports to enhance performance and usability.Maintain high standards of data accuracy and uniformity across reporting outputs.Partner with HR, Finance, and Digital and Technology departments to assess reporting requirements and convert business needs into actionable Workday reports.Deliver meaningful analysis to aid in strategic decision-making.Detect patterns and irregularities within HR and payroll datasets.Support requests from Digital and Technology regarding integration requirements, particularly between reporting tools and Workday modules. Coordinate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure smooth integration of reporting tools with Workday modules.Partner with P&C leadership to align organisational structure, roles and capabilities with business needs, and collaborate with Workforce Planning Specialists to deliver actionable insights.Translate complex data into meaningful insights to support leadership decision-making across the organisation.What makes a difference for us?Ideally the successful candidate will demonstrate the following criteria:Bachelor''s degree in information systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management functions.Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and deep knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation data structures.Proficiency in Power BI and MS Office suites for advanced analytics and dashboard development.A good working knowledge of organisational design and workforce management principles is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to create automated reports and dashboards whether in Excel or in other platforms (e.g. PowerBI).Good working knowledge of Business Intelligence software is beneficialWhat makes a difference for you?The opportunity to be part of the second-largest Queensland employer who has been leading by example as a proud not-for-profit, for more than 100 years.Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance.Access to salary packaging, meal and entertainment benefits - up to $15,900 per year tax free as well as up to $2,650 of your pre-tax income to pay for meal and entertainment benefits.A recognition and rewards platform, providing employee discounts at hundreds of retailers, including everyday expenses, holidays, health insurance, a wellbeing program and employee assistance program.Career development opportunities to challenge yourself, grow and make a meaningful differenceDiversity & InclusionOur approach is simple everybody is welcome here.
