Join to apply for the Brand Manager role at MarsThe Brand Manager SPH plays a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives for ADVANCE, supporting the brands ambitions to deliver net sales value and market share growth YoY over the next 3 years. The Brand Manager will support leading the strategic agenda for ADVANCE to maximise growth opportunities and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints. As the shared guardian of this brand, you will focus on delivering strong growth and building stronger brand equity.Key Responsibilities:Support and lead the development of 3-year growth plans, including innovation pipeline, media strategies, activation strategies, and toolkits.Lead product development briefs and commercialization of innovative pet care solutions, ensuring scientific claims meet regulatory standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, legal, SRA, portfolio, etc.) to leverage insights and drive innovation.Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with the 3-year plan, managing the transition into deployment.Translate scientific research into marketable claims backed by evidence, ensuring compliance.Partner with marketing teams to develop communication strategies, creative development, and manage budgets.Represent the brand in the S&OP+ process, co-leading planning meetings.Coordinate with departments like finance and supply chain for seamless execution.Foster a high-performing team culture, driving engagement and leaving a personal legacy.What are we looking for?Bachelors degree in Business or related field.Proven experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or Brand Manager, ideally in FMCG.Deep understanding of consumer marketing with regional or global experience.Experience in brand management, innovation, data analysis, and project leadership.Experience in R&D or pet innovation in FMCG is desirable.Knowledge of product innovation, design, and claim approval processes.Strong project delivery skills.Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams effectively.What can you expect from Mars?Work with diverse, talented teams guided by Mars'' Five Principles.Purpose-driven company focused on building a better tomorrow.Comprehensive learning and development support, including Mars University.Competitive salary and benefits, including bonuses.Mars is an equal opportunity employer.
