We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced National Accounts Executive to join our high performing National Sales Team. In this role, you will take responsibility for acquiring new business opportunities, maximising sales opportunities in existing accounts and working in collaboration with national and state teams to deliver excellent service.Your role will include (but not be limited to):Supporting portfolio accounts to reinforce and retain long term customer relationshipsDeveloping and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goalsProviding strong direction, communication, and support to retailers and branchesReviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount ratesCommunicating regularly with customers, stakeholders, the customer support team and key business stakeholders concerning sales techniquesMeeting with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing dealsPreparing sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansionMonitoring and evaluating the activities and products of the competitionResponsible for meeting and exceeding sales quotas, KPIs and performance metrics on a weekly and monthly basisTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in Customer Service or Account ManagementExperience in B2B sales and cold callingOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of direct selling cultureHigh level commercial and negotiation skillsProven ability to achieve sales targetsAt Rentokil Initial, we are proud to be the global expert in pest, hygiene and indoor plant care.
