Job Opportunity: Project ManagerA unique opportunity is available for an established Project Manager to join a nationally accredited Tier 3 commercial builder in Sydney.With a secure pipeline of work over the next 2-3 years, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager for projects located within Sydney. The role will be office-based Monday - Friday and offers long-term development and progression to senior management.Responsibilities:Managing the on-site WHS to meet Government and Company policies.Spearheading project management.Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site.Managing client and consultant relationships.Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover.Requirements:Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications.Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Manager role.Experience delivering projects valued from $1m to $10m (new build and refurb).Strong leadership and communication skills.A proven ability to meet strict deadlines.Experience on government projects is highly desirable.For questions or to apply, please contact Miles Luxton at 0413 646 295.
