Overseeing the full recruitment process, youll focus on building a strong talent pipeline, driving proactive recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring experience from start to finish.Working closely with senior leaders, including the Executive team, youll forecast staffing needs, implement tailored recruitment strategies, and track key performance metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates. You will also oversee workforce planning, ensuring that recruitment aligns with long-term business goals and workforce trends. Your leadership will guide the recruitment team to build a strong talent pool, ensuring diverse and high-quality candidates are consistently attracted.In addition, youll develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures that align with organisational values, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. You''ll stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices, ensuring the organisation remains competitive in attracting top talent.This role is ideal for a recruitment leader with extensive experience in managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and delivering strategic results.
