The Role As a POS Supervisor, you will oversee point-of-sale operations, lead by example, and ensure excellent customer service. Your responsibilities include: Leading the POS team to deliver exceptional service Processing sales, refunds, and exchanges as the lead POS operator Handling customer queries via phone Ensuring compliance with transaction and cash handling procedures Training and coaching staff on processes and customer service Supporting the store to meet sales targets What We''re Looking For At least 2 years'' retail experience Passion for creating a great customer experience Cash handling experience preferred Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Proven success in achieving KPIs Effective communication skills Strong time management skills What''s In It For You?
