Job Description

General responsibilities/tasks:Onboarding administration creating letters of offer & employment contracts, sending new starter paperwork, completing checklist items, following up with candidates, filing, organising pre-employment medicals and police clearances.Change of status administration following COS process, creating letters, filing.Compliance managing licence expiries, first aid and fire warden certifications.Internal communication posting birthdays on Teams, announcing new hires.HR admin managing Preceda data, updating employee details, answering Preceda queries, creating ad hoc employee letters, updating PDs as requested by the Group HR Manager, creating salary review letters, updating org charts, managing probations.Offboarding administration following the offboarding checklist, communicating with Payroll.Recruitment coordination drafting and posting job ads, screening applications, shortlisting for phone screens, booking interviews, declining candidates, managing job ads, communicating with Hiring Managers.Health & Wellbeing Coordination managing wellbeing reimbursements, FWA requests.HR reporting as required.HR Systems administration supporting Courtney if needed.Longridge admin support preparing employment contracts, managing onboarding/offboarding, change of status letters, ad hoc HR letters, communicating with the General Manager.Booking training sessions as requested.Providing other HR admin assistance as required.Systems this role will use:DocusignPrecedaXpressUKG (from August onwards)Microsoft Office SuiteOneDriveMonday.comCulture AmpLinkedInPromasterCandidate profile:Minimum 2 years of administration experience.HR experience is preferred but not essential.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, as the role may involve direct communication with candidates.Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite proficiently.Highly proficient and a great communicator.ShoreXtra Perks:Day 1 HMO coverage.Dayshift schedule.Fixed weekends off.Game lounge access.Shorelife perks, including gym membership discounts and more.Engaging monthly activities.Free unlimited barista-style coffee.Free parking and shuttle services.Employee referral incentives (Silver). #J-18808-Ljbffr
