Provide support to vulnerable families & their children that are actively involved in child protectionIncrease your take home pay with up to $15,900 in salary packaging benefits.Full-time, Max Term indirect parental leave cover until 01/06/2026, based in ReservoirYour new roleAs an FPR Senior Practitioner, you will deliver the Victorian Family Preservation and Reunification (FPR) Response, working collaboratively with children and families to provide a rapid, intensive and sustained intervention aimed at preventing at risk children entering or re-entering care.In this role, you will implement a wrap around, evidence informed case management approach for the most complex challenging families.As a Senior Practitioner, you will work closely with the Team Leader to provide support, live coaching, and supervision to FPR Practitioners and direct reports in cases that are high risk, present multiple demands and when FPR Practitioners identify as needing additional support.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isnt easy, but it matters.
