The Role We are seeking an experienced After-Hours Manager at Clarinda on the Park. Clarinda on the Park is a boutique residence located opposite Bald Hill Park, nestled in the southeastern suburbs between Oakleigh, Clayton, Dandenong, and Springvale. Residents and families enjoy the benefits of outdoor living in this vibrant community. Providing excellent, person-centered resident care tailored to individual needs Guiding and supporting the care team, acting as a mentor in their development Maintaining documentation, completing resident assessments, incident investigations, and related care documents in accordance with policies and accreditation standards Collaborating with the ACFI/funding team and management to achieve organizational targets Encouraging genuine connections between residents, families, and staff Utilizing technology to report, plan, analyze, and manage resident care and workplace behavior About You To succeed in this role, you will need: A current AHPRA registration Empathy and the ability to treat others with dignity and respect, with a collaborative approach to working with residents, colleagues, and stakeholders An understanding of aged care legislative requirements, including safe medication administration and the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) Leadership skills to mentor and support clinical staff as the sole clinical member on shift A current NDIS Worker Screening Check Why Benetas?
