Its a mixed caseload and well shape it around your strengths, preferences, and availability.Supporting NDIS participants with communication and/or swallowing goalsRunning or contributing to planned activities or group sessions (if thats your jam)Doing assessments and designing meaningful, individualised therapy plansWriting clear, effective NDIS reportsCollaborating with families, support coordinators, and other cliniciansManaging your own schedule (with admin and clinical support behind the scenes)Staying curious and engaged in your own growth and learningWhat were looking forA degree in Speech Pathology5+ years of clinical experience, ideally including work with NDIS participantsCertified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)Someone who communicates with warmth, empathy, and clarityA strong understanding of the NDIS (or a willingness to learn quickly)National Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening & Orientation ModuleDrivers licence and reliable vehicleABN (this is a contractor role)Help us make a REAL differenceAt Path Allied Health, were growing with purpose, and were doing it with care.
