Your Key Responsibilities Support a portfolio of OSHC programs through regular site visits and direct engagement in and around Adelaide. Ensure compliance and quality improvements, ensuring excellence across all services. Build meaningful relationships with school communities, families, and staff. Coach and mentor teams, delivering training, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of growth and learning. Solve operational challenges with creativity and care, ensuring each program runs smoothly and effectively. What Were Looking For A proven leader 3+ years of OSHC experience with a Diploma in Childrens Services (or higher) and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework. A proactive communicator Someone who thrives in coaching teams, building relationships, and driving operational excellence. A compliance champion Dedicated to child protection, inclusion support, and continuous quality improvement. A collaborative innovator Ready to work alongside School Plus leadership to create exceptional programs that make a real impact.
