Join us and be a part of DSVs global family.DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate HSE Advisor in Goulburn.This role involves supporting site-based Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management plans. You will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure QHSE objectives are met, providing expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.Your typical day at DSV:Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance.Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.Liaise with external auditors for certifications and accreditation.Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations related to quality, health, safety, and the environment.Follow the organization''s QHSE policies and procedures.Provide QHSE training and awareness programs for employees.Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.Prepare and submit QHSE reports to management and relevant stakeholders.Offer expert advice and guidance on QHSE matters.About you:Experience in developing and implementing QHSE systems.Familiarity with relevant legislation, standards, and regulations.Complete knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Experience in conducting audits and inspections.Why DSV?DSV is a dynamic workplace that fosters inclusivity and diversity.
