We are part of the Moore Australia national and Moore Global networks, providing local knowledge with a global reach.The RoleWe are seeking a manager within our Tax and Business Advisory Division to support our growing business. You will act as a mediator between the team, clients, and key stakeholders, proactively addressing accounting, compliance, and business needs.This role involves delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders by understanding each client''s unique circumstances and ensuring smooth team operations. Responsibilities include building trusted relationships, fostering high-performing teams, developing direct reports, and addressing personal and team development needs for continuous improvement.You will work closely with Partners and lead the team to deliver multiple client ledgers across various industries and complexities. Duties include, but are not limited to:Organising resources to ensure timely and high-quality client work, focusing on profitability and productivity.Reviewing accounting and business services for clients, including accounts, BAS, budgets, and management reporting.Implementing measures to achieve key performance indicators such as productivity, fees, and new clients.Analyzing financial data and developing action plans to support client growth.Preparing and monitoring billings on schedule.About YouYou will be degree qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business, or similar qualification.Have completed a CA or CPA qualification.You are technically proficient and up-to-date with the latest accounting software developments (cloud-based software).Sound judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential for supporting client service delivery.You possess a high level of drive, integrity, and organizational skills, capable of managing and coordinating internal stakeholders to achieve goals and deadlines.Your key strengths include providing exceptional client service and team leadership.
