The Tax and Legal team brings our purpose to life by having the depth and technical expertise and breadth of industry knowledge to solve complex problems and deliver solutions from idea through to execution.This role requires a seasoned Senior Business Partner to work closely with the Tax and Legal Leadership team and act as an alternate for the People & Culture Director on strategic projects or when they are unavailable.Youll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:HR business partnering, with extensive experience working at Senior Leadership level in a Senior HRBP positionTransformation and change experience within large, complex organisationsProviding strategic and commercial advice to senior stakeholdersExecuting People and Culture strategies and related initiativesIn our Tax and Legal team, your impact will be seen by:Escalating and supporting complex people mattersDriving signature people activities such as performance and talent processes and workforce designUnlocking the potential of senior leaders and building trusted relationshipsPartnering with leaders to identify and enable projects that enhance organizational effectivenessMonitoring progress with data, analytics, and insights to inform decisionsCollaborating with Firmwide colleagues and Centres of ExcellenceManaging workload of portfolio-aligned Business PartnersAbout PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
