The Role As Assistant Store Manager, your mission is to lead with a customer-first mindset, deliver exceptional in-store experiences, and motivate your team to excel daily. You will partner with the Store Manager to inspire your team, oversee daily operations, manage budgets and targets, and ensure visual merchandising standards. In the Store Manager''s absence, you will be the primary point of contact, maintaining high standards of customer service. Business Development: Drive store performance, analyze data to identify opportunities, and manage risks related to sales, inventory, and operations.
