Discuss with us how this could work for you.Period of AppointmentFixed Term Senior Executive appointment for 5 yearsHours per fortnight73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.Major DutiesProvide leadership and oversight to multiple projects and asset management programs valued over $200M.Oversee program/project managers, consultants, and contractors; align work with prison infrastructure outcomes; prepare and manage commission briefs and procurement in accordance with Government policies.Prepare and submit Government infrastructure investment proposals.Manage execution of projects and report to the Major Projects Oversight Committee (MPOC), informing the Secretary on project status regarding cost, schedule, quality, safety, and stakeholder engagement.Coordinate project scope, time, cost, and quality; establish forecasts; lead oversight reviews; maintain program plans and delegations.Delegate duties to project staff and coordinate with management functions.Organize project working group meetings and prepare status reports.Arrange commissioning and handover processes for project components.Develop and implement quality assurance and risk management frameworks; conduct audits and reviews.Require a minimum of 5 years of Infrastructure Project Management experience.Proven senior executive experience in large private or public sector organizations in similar roles.Pre-employment ChecksPre-employment checks include National Police Record checks covering arson, violent crimes, sex offences, drug offences, dishonesty, malicious damage, traffic offences, crimes against public order, and administrative law violations.
